TGR International is the product of a deliberate consolidation. Its founding principals spent the formative decades of their careers inside the firms, desks, and institutions that define the modern energy and capital landscape. They came together to correct the opacity and fragmentation they had watched take hold of the sectors they built.

Built by the people
who built the
industry.

TGR International exists because a group of senior operators — project developers who have energized gigawatts, bankers who have structured nine-figure transactions, and traders who have moved commodities across every major basin — consolidated their practices under one institution. Each brought with them the relationships, the execution history, and the standards accumulated over the formative decades of their careers.

They did so for a single reason. The sectors they had spent their careers in had grown opaque, fragmented, and harder to navigate for the counterparties who needed them most. TGR International is their answer: an alliance of principals, each with a track record that would stand on its own, operating under a shared standard and a single governance structure.
We measure ourselves against a simple standard. Did the counterparty who retained us leave the transaction better informed, better protected, and better positioned than when they arrived? That standard is the reason this firm exists, and it is the only one by which we intend to be judged.
TGR International is the sum of the careers that built it.

Three practices.
One standard.

I

Principal-led
engagements.

Every engagement is led by a named principal with direct P&L accountability. No white-labeling, no sub-delegation to unaccountable intermediaries.

II

Conflict
disclosure.

The firm publishes its conflicts policy and discloses engagement-level conflicts to all counterparties prior to engagement. Silence is not a conflict resolution.

III

Counterparty
standards.

KYC and source-of-funds diligence is institutional-grade on both sides of every transaction. We do not accept what we cannot verify.
