TGR’s energy division develops, structures, and delivers utility-scale projects across four technology pillars. Our engagements range from greenfield origination through financial close and into construction oversight.

Decades of
execution.

The division is led by principals whose careers span the commercial, technical, and regulatory disciplines required to energize a modern project. That combined experience — decades of it, accrued inside developers, utilities, EPCs, and multilateral lenders — is the reason projects under our stewardship move from letter of intent to commercial operation without the delays that characterize less experienced counterparties.

Technical execution is delivered through The SolarGroup, TGR International’s wholly-owned operating subsidiary. The SolarGroup carries the engineering depth, procurement relationships, and construction discipline that translate a structured project into an energized asset.

Four technologies.
One standard of execution.

I.

Solar Photovoltaic

Utility-scale solar PV from 1MW distributed generation to gigawatt-scale IPP. Greenfield origination, PPA structuring, and EPC delivery through The SolarGroup.

II.

Hydrogen

Green and blue hydrogen production, storage, and offtake structuring. Behind-the-meter hybrid systems for industrial and data center loads.

III.

Thermal Generation

Geothermal and conventional thermal assets, including modernization and hybridization of existing installations with renewables and storage.

IV.

Battery Energy Storage

Standalone and hybrid BESS from 10MW to 500MW+. Grid-forming, frequency regulation, and firming applications structured around counterparty offtake requirements.
Operating Subsidiary

The SolarGroup

Technical execution for the energy division is delivered through The SolarGroup — a wholly-owned operating subsidiary carrying institutional-grade engineering, procurement, and construction capability. Scale: 100MW to 10GW. Geographies: North America, Africa, Southeast Asia.
